Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days.

- Live Animals - Shipped via next-day delivery to ensure they arrive safely.

- Plants - You can choose your preferred delivery method, but it will be no longer than 4-day delivery.

- Domestic Shipping - We currently only offer domestic delivery (No International Shipping).

- Accessories & Ornaments - You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

For all live items, we use heat packs to ensure safe travel in cooler weather. Please ensure all shipping details are correct to avoid delays.
