Item Return Policy

We accept returns for non-live items. If the item arrive damaged or faulty.

 

To be eligible for a return:

 - The item must be unused and in its original condition.

 - You must contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item.

 - The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

 

We do not accept returns for accidental damage or items that have been used. Live animals cannot be returned.
